Registration

  • Target Audience: The workshop is appropriate for any staff with direct or ancillary care responsibilities of older adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both disability-related, health care, and aging-related agencies.
  • This includes Days 1 & 2 (Foundation workshop) plus a 3rd day for those interested in becoming an NTG Affiliated Regional Trainer. If you register for this type you must attend the first two days in order to attend the third day.
  • Please use this type if you were provided a special registration code by the workshop sponsor. Enter code when requested at checkout.

*Optional 3rd day for those wishing to become NTG Affiliated Regional Trainers. The optional 5th session is for those wishing to become NTG Affiliated Regional Trainers. The NTG has a network of over 800 Affiliated Regional Trainers across the United States. NTG Affiliated Regional Trainers are authorized to use the NTG's branded and copyrighted national model training curriculum modules to conduct trainings within or without their organization. Trainers have access to a large library of advanced topic modules, archived advanced topic webinars, ongoing free continuing education offerings, trainer manual, private Facebook page, and become part of our national network of experts in the field of ID and dementia. There are no ongoing licensing fees beyond the workshop registration fee. To become a trainer you must attend all 4 sessions of the Foundation workshop, attend the 5th Train-the-Trainer session, sign the Trainer Agreement, and pass an online knowledge test.
